Senior executive national security leader in information technology, cyber security, cloud computing, space systems and satellite communications with a long track record of success navigating ambiguity and the complexity of technological advances. As the first Senior Cyber Officer of the USSF, I led the service's 2,000-person cyber force through its recruitment, selection, organization, strategy development and employment to operate & defend the Nation's most critical military space capabilities from cyber threats. Previously, I served as the Director of Cyberspace Operations & Deputy Director of Communications at the National Reconnaissance Office, where I oversaw the digital transformation from a government provided IT service model to a commercial cloud IT strategy. I led teams responsible for providing all IT, networking, cybersecurity and satellite communications services for the Nation's premier intelligence community organization. My mission is to leverage the latest technologies and raise the bar to enhance the security, resilience and effectiveness of the systems supporting the US space and cyber domains. Beyond my Masters degrees in Information Technology and Strategy, I hold a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) credential from ISC2, Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI, and a Harvard Business School Executive Education certificate in Leading Change and Organizational Renewal.
