Created this position within Defence Support Group that focussed on how to measure the energy intensity of the Defence Estate. This included buildings as varied as office space, gymnasiums, hospitals and dining facilities through to maintenance workshops, simulation facilities and bulk fuel installations.

Led the award-winning team of 13 that was responsible for the technical aspects of a highly complex $617 million project. Improved the reliability, availability and maintainability of the system through rigorous testing. The subsequent three-fold increase in reliability will significantly improve resource efficiency.
