Carry out customer requirements in opening/closing accounts, including checking, savings, money market certificates, and time deposits. Create schedules, train new hires on service delivery, secure processes, and accurate counts. Perform wire transfers, bookkeeping inquiries, multiple database inquiries, and research and resolve customer issues. Conduct audits (vault, teller tills, collections, travelers checks, ATM, and cashboard) and compile and submit weekly/monthly reports. Implemented staff trainings in multiple divisions to enhance staff's customer service versatility. Instituted consistent scheduling to alleviate overtime costs and provide coverage at peak times.
