The American Healing Arts Foundation offers FREE art classes (supplies included) and workshops to help veterans that have faced combat stress, life threatening traumas or just devoted years of their lives to serving our country. Art classes are proven to be good therapy for the mind, body and soul. We have a licensed art therapists for our veterans that would like to reach a deeper level through the arts. The men and woman serving our country have a great need to release their painful war memories escape. Our mission is that by the end of 10 weeks, their temporary escape will turn into self satisfaction, inspiration and move their mind outside the box – the one that holds those ugly war memories and will lead them to a more peaceful and healing place.

Thunderbird Artists began in 1981 and with the help of my daughter and vice president, Denise Dodson, and family we are proud to share that we produce award-winning fine art & wine festivals and rated in the top 100 fine art festivals nationwide.Arizona Fine Art EXPO (produced by Thunderbird Artists) is another winner recognized for the 24th annual Sterling Awards as a top finalist along with Thunderbird Artists. This event is the backdrop for more than 100 artists' studios with artists passionately creating art, a 2-acre sculpture garden, cafe, Artists' Market, weekend musical entertainment, classes, workshop, live model classes, Garden Parties and more!

Renowned and emerging artists work in studios under 44,000 sq. ft. f festive tents, cafe, artists' marketplace, 2-acre Sonoran desert sculpture garden and more! Classes & workshops for the public, Weekends come alive with musical entertainment in the garden and wine tasting plus Artists' Garden Parties.
