Glass Merchants is a charming, quaint cafe nestled in the heart of Balaclava. When I first started working there, I began as a waitress and eventually took on the responsibility of managing the entire operation. As a manager, I oversaw a dedicated team of 10-15 employees, both in the front and back of the house. I made it a priority to cultivate a positive work environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of both the staff and customers. Additionally, I placed great emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service.
