I have spent over 35 years in a variety of banking roles from frontline management to leadership roles in corporate training for small and large banks. I’ve had the privilege of managing training for every business line in the bank. And, I’ve had the opportunity to experience many types of training from onboarding and core training programs to sales training, talent management, performance management and development planning, compliance, functional training and special projects and initiatives. I’ve especially enjoyed being a strategic partner to the business lines I’ve served and it has enabled me to have a strong understanding of the industry overall. Specialties include: Leadership I Performance Management I Strategy I Training Program and Product Management I Change Leadership I Coaching, Process Analysis/Transformation I Critical Thinking I Aligning Training Solutions to Business Goals I Collaborative Partnerships I Curricula Design.My tenure in banking and my learning leadership skills positioned me well to move into a more multi- faceted role that enables me to work in a professional development environment and allows me to focus on: being a market manager for a key curricula, providing support for our sales team who work with learning leaders of many banks, and program management for some of our in-bank custom training; all hats I enjoy wearing and roles where I feel I can contribute ideas and learning insight for the benefit of our clients.When away from work I enjoy traveling and while I take pleasure in visiting new and interesting places, and adding to my cultural experience, I’m equally happy on the beach with a great book.
