I have spent over 35 years in a variety of banking roles from frontline management to leadership roles in corporate training for small and large banks. I’ve had the privilege of managing training for every business line in the bank. And, I’ve had the opportunity to experience many types of training from onboarding and core training programs to sales training, talent management, performance management and development planning, compliance, functional training and special projects and initiatives. I’ve especially enjoyed being a strategic partner to the business lines I’ve served and it has enabled me to have a strong understanding of the industry overall.
