My main focus is on emotional intelligence and innovation collaborations and my mission is to explore the essence of well-functioning individuals and teams and instill it in 1on1 and group-level development. The constructive and destructive power of human connections is present in every moment and both are driven by the same forces: emotions. Joy, fear, anger and trust, sadness and surprise or a mixture of these can turn the world on its corners.
