About Judit I.

I am a trainer and speaker focusing on gender equality and racial justice. As a Romani woman, I regularly talk, write, design, and lead workshops about allyship, resilience against racism, intersectionality, feminism, and inequalities affecting the Romani communities. By combining my expertise with lived experience, I support teams, organizations, and companies in developing their hard and soft skills and in navigating them through the challenges of workplace changes. My professional expertise involves human rights advocacy, policy development and analysis, research, and mediation.I co-founded Ame Panzh ("Five of Us"), a Romani activist group of knowledge producers, and I am a co-author of our book Ame Panzh - Az Ébresztőkönyv discussing Roma representation, diversity, equity and inclusion. Available here: www.teakiado.hu/felnotteknek/ebresztokonyv/I co-founded Sheja Consulting, a partnership of the passionate leadership of two Romani women who champion the transformative power of self-reflection and self-awareness, helping individuals and organizations develop the soft skills needed to create meaningful and lasting change. www.sheja-consulting.com

Ame Panzh Jun 2020 - Present
Ame Panzh ("The Five of Us") is a group of Roma knowledge producers who decided to create a separate online space because their values were being overlooked in media and intellectual discourse. We launched an unapologetic online talk show series that features members of our group and other critical Roma thinkers and doers and formulated our counter-narratives and views on socially significant issues that have been ignored or underemphasized. These issues range from systemic racism to educational segregation, mental health, intersectionality, diversity and inclusion, allyship, or the shallow and biased representation of Roma people in the media.
