I join the 2024-25 Atlantic Fellows for Social & Economic Equity (AFSEE) cohort and the LSE International Inequalities Institute with 17 other mid-career social-change leaders from 17 different countries across the world who are working on building more #equitable and #just societies.

Sheja Consulting and Training is guided by the passionate leadership of two Romani women who believe in the transformative power of self-reflection and self-awareness that holds the potential to not only transform individuals but also organizations and, ultimately, our society.

Ame Panzh ("The Five of Us") is a group of Roma knowledge producers who decided to create a separate online space because their values were being overlooked in media and intellectual discourse. We launched an unapologetic online talk show series that features members of our group and other critical Roma thinkers and doers and formulated our counter-narratives and views on socially significant issues that have been ignored or underemphasized. These issues range from systemic racism to educational segregation, mental health, intersectionality, diversity and inclusion, allyship, or the shallow and biased representation of Roma people in the media.
