SAE info collection and escalation to DCPerform quality control as described in the relevant Synexus procedure and as applicable to the roleEnsure proper data and information for the Finance Team

• Perform professional direct contact with patients and visitors (welcoming,information,appointments planning, pathient guidance,gathering and confirming data, maintaining health documentations)• Accurate data entry and visits completion int he system• Proper booking of different types of visits, external appointments, taxi,• Collect and review patient notes,lab results and questionnaires• Ability to use own initative, work on own and as part of a team• Ensure individual development and continual service improvment• Ensure that the diary management system is accurate and up to date at all times• Ensure safe and clean reception enviroment for all visitors• Responsible of photocopying,faxing,postal activities,patient refreshments• Other duties as assigned

• Daily support and management of two toodlers, (age 3,4)• Age appropriate education • House-keeping duties • Learn and practice the English language

• Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees;following up on work results.• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.• Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment• Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
