• Lead the Operational Excellence Program (The Riwal Way) that has won 2 of the most renowned industry awards for Riwal. Communicate a compelling vision across all 16 countries from executive to workfloor level, roll out the program, select and manage leaders (12) in the matrix organization and providing training and tools for success with the HQ Team (3 FTE)• Control KPI’s aiming for the Best Customer Experience and utilizing assets to the max (>EUR 10 M earning potential created cutting waste)• Lay the foundation of a Continuous Improvement culture in several countries, adjusting the program to the needs of each and with recent learnings• Improve communication from team to group level including standardized tools and structure• Set up a system to measure progress (progress audit tool) Project: Introduce Process Mining as the next step in process alignment and visibility Create automated apps to increase asset availability and visibility while enhancing safety Work with main supplier to increase On-time delivery (from <20%, reached >45%)

• Train HQ and country entities in Lean tools and principles• Lead improvement projects within operations as well as supporting fields Create aligned and automated KPI reporting from depot to group level (allowing reporting without extra FTE’s that would have required ~4 FTE otherwise) Kaizens with Finance teams to bring Group financial reporting from day 12 to day 8

• Group reporting & analysis for best use of assets including maintenance of Master Data Set up a new and flexible CAPEX allocation tooling (decreased the yearly allocation cycle from ~3 weeks to ~3 days) Roll-out Track & Trace globally (40% coverage in <2 years, +500 K revenue/year)- Talent TaskForce: as one of the top talents of the global organization, participating in a program accelerating personal growth

• Group control of overhead recording and allocation (focus: European HQ) New tool for HQ recharge to provide clearer overview of costs and their allocations

• Daily cashflow management including reporting and payments Rationalize bank administration/charges (direct EUR 44 K saving, ongoing EUR 10 K/year) Automate daily reporting tasks (reduced task from 0.8 to 0.2 FTE)

• Inventory reporting for Europe, control of movements, assistance to stores Job transition from Italy to NL including reporting harmonization across all retail stores

• Support Business functions and management (budgeting and expense overviews), cost center maintenance, monthly, quarterly and yearly closing and reporting- Deliver SAP FI/CO trainings- Process harmonization and reporting tool creation with the new European process team
