Leads key projects requiring collaboration and transformation across the Benefits, Pension, & COE teams. • Global Data Privacy Focal in Benefits and Pension.• Process standardization, automatization, simplification, ensure compliance (process documentation, proper vendor management, GDPR, Data privacy Assessment, Management Self-Assessment, Key Financial Control Reports, Internal review, audit).• Consolidating, checking, follow up quarterly Business Management Insights Report for Europe Middle Market (17 countries), report to upper management, reply on questions, follow up with team to provide necessary updates. • Provide training, reply on queries/advising Benefits Offering Management team.

Ensure the compliance of Fleet/Benefit team, meets controls requirements and ensure Business/Financial health of the Fleet and Benefits Department.

Responsible for financial control of Fleet Department by monitoring budget, business figures, processing invoices, reconciliation, accruals, cross charges, VAT reporting, preparing forecast.

Working in different regions : US, Spain. Resolve issues, provide both internal and cross functional guidance and expertise. Provide timely, insightful and error free BS, I&E analysis of the IGF financial results on a monthly basis. Advisory on the end-to-end business and financial processes.
