● Handling of product and order related customer enquiries, resolving customer complaints, checking deliveries● Processing and monitoring of orders, creating quotes● Invoicing and debt collection● Maintaining daily contact with the warehouse, the logistic team located in Hungary and in France ● Maintaining daily contact with the central finance team and sales office located in France● Maintaining regular contact with sales representatives and suppliers

● Receiving, logging and monitoring French and English language IT user enquiries and complaints in connection with Outlook, Lotus Notes, SAP, Oracle and Oracle systems● Resolving IT user calls, problems and complaints immediately● Maintaining regular contact with the local IT technical teams located around the world, with a particular focus on resolutions for clients in France, Belgium, Switzerland and Canada
