- Manage of CMC development and commercial projects providing program direction for planning, organizing, developing, and integrating customer projects across multiple functional areas; at Core team and JSC level. - Closely monitor/control project progression to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Report project progress to all key stakeholders.- Support the technical team (project core team) to investigate and solve project challenges by necessary problem solving and/or risk assessment tools and implementation of the identified solutions.- Evaluate and assess project results and provide recommendations for future improvements.- Prepare Project Change Orders with inputs from key stakeholders: scoping, resource estimate and timeline alignment, price approval.- Manage day-to-day communications and serves as the company’s representative in client interactions. Cultivate effective communication, cooperation, and trust with the client- Project management tools (MS Project for establishing Gantt charts, Budget follow-ups; SharePoint).

- Provide support to the Project Management department in planning, organizing, and reporting across multiple functional areas by tracking KPIs. Projects scope from early phase and clinical to late phase and commercial.- Coordinator for customer visits to our manufacturing facilities with internal stakeholders (QA, QC, Manufacturing, PM). Team of 8 employees who take care of customers inside the manufacturing area.- Coordinating activities between customers and the relevant departments (Quality control, Analytical development, and process development). Activities across different sites.- Support meetings and write contractual agreements between customers and AGC aligning internally in terms of scope, timelines, and pricing.- Support and optimization in IT systems, mapping internal processes, creating reports for executive management and invoicing.- Provide technical and process support to project teams. - Identify issues and facilitate problem-solving, contingency planning, and decision-making. Actively searching for continuous improvement in all areas to simplify ways of working and improve efficiency to ensure that inefficiencies, identified problems, and opportunities are raised.
