I'm extremely loyal to the company I work for having spend the last 30 years at William Hill in the betting industry starting in the shops working my way up the ladder to become a manager. My passion for training led me to my role for the last 8 years of Training Officer covering South Wales and the West Midlands. I love to see people develop to their full potential whether that's to be a customer service assistant or those that inspire to be a manager I support them all the way. I enjoy the training world particularly the interaction with learners. I enjoy creating and maintaining new relationships with trainees and seeing the difference training can make to the confidence of the learner in their role.My experience within the Betting Industry and Training has armed me with many transferrable skills and I am always keen to explore new challenges as they come along
