My background as a Chartered Surveyor has spanned both the public and private sectors with a special focus on property strategies and delivery mechanisms; customised structures, JV's and partnerships; tailoring them, establishing and managing them. Regeneration consultancy and urban renewal took me from running consultancy teams at DTZ and GVA Grimley into volume house building where I have concentrated on large scale portfolio opportunities on public and corporate land banks.
