I teach yoga to people of all ages and abilities around New York City. My classes range from strong alignment based vinyasa classes to gentle to therapeutic. I also teach and mentor in a yearly yoga teacher training program. I also teach yoga at retreats and festivals in the United States and abroad.

I teach and mentor Urban Zen Integrative Therapists and oversee them on their clinical rotations. I work directly with patients, residents and staff utilizing yoga, breathwork, Reiki, mindfulness practices and essential oils to patients, residents and staff.
