Function: Technical Specialist / Angola Operations Manager: from February2012 to March 2015, have worked on Managing the overall planning and implementation of all project Indoor Spray Operations, malaria project in Angola founded by USAID which included: components as Geographical reconnaissance, organization of the annual planning meetings with NMCP and spray target provinces, determining spray operation labor requirements, quantifying requirements for insecticides, sprayers, PPE(Personal Protective Equipment), and all other equipment and supplies, overseeing local procurement, organizing micro-planning meetings• Also oversees the management of warehouses and stores, coordinate training-of-trainer (TOT), oversees (IEC) activities and community mobilization, tracking progress against spray campaign targets and timelines• Achieves operations-related Monitoring & Evaluation and Quality Control indicators of the project, capacity building plan development, direct supervision of HR deployed on operations coordination, logistic & procurement, ensure the full application of Environmental Compliance and represent the company where it was needed, EC

Huambo

• People management, supervise programme staff and provide technical guidance in their work, to improve monitoring, on-the-job training to increase the quality of projects activities and ensure WFP commitments to women are implemented• On program side, assess the food of beneficiaries in Huambo Province and programme the utilization of WFP food aid and NFI’s; The emphasis lie on provision of assistance to external and internal returnees through rehabilitation projects; emphasis put also on FFW/FFA projects, assistance to HIV/AID victims and prevention activities, MCH as well as school feeding.• On logistic component, ensure the timely delivery of food aid proper monitoring of handling, storage, management, transport and distribution of WFP food received Implementing Partner’s (IPs).• Maintain IPs record, accounts and books as stipulated in agreements and ensure accurate reports on timely manner • Raise any constraints from the operation and participate in the decision make, adjust and re-organize the work responsibilities in order to reflect the constant and changing situation and the new challenges mainly in school feeding, HIV/AID and MCH. • Cooperated with the local authorities, UN agencies, and International NGO’s on matter’s related to the operation and implementation report to the BM, DCD and CD.
