* Programme management of Dataminr's global cyber risk team over a period of 3+ years. Under my leadership, the cyber team grew from 3 people to 8, increasing the quality and quantity of our output, which resulted in the onboarding of our first “cyber-only” clients.* Collated and corroborated information gained from OSINT research to publish reports on key issues within the cyber industry. I also briefed executives without a background in cybersecurity on these often complex issues.* Controlled the quality of content sent to our clients and assessed my team's data via Looker in order to pinpoint gaps and subsequent improvements to apply.* Designed the team's strategy, implemented structure, and drove projects that were focused on continuous improvement of content, upskilling, scalability, and automation. Several of these projects were subsequently adopted across the company.
