Facilitated different staff and volunteer and participant level training and coaching as a key technical person. • Submitted daily, weekly, and monthly comprehensive work plans and reports on issues arising during implementation. • Represent the Centre for International Migration and Integration (CIMI) at Municipality meetings and at asylum seekers conferences. • Facilitated capacity-building and strengthening training for 4 CIMI field Volunteers, 20 project participants, and other actors from the municipality to enhance the diversity and inclusion of asylum seekers in South Tel Aviv.
