• Secure efficient organisation of Technical Application Centre activities:o Customer oriented technical service o Objective Technical complaint handling by understanding customers needso Management and optimisation of technical information supply to customerso Management of Product Specifications o Manage workload Technical Centre employees• Role in Quality & Implementation Teamso Secure implementation of new products/implementation in the plants in line with market requirementso Macro complaint monitoring and implementation of improvement actions.o Cost optimization of grades, production processo Evaluation of grade performance evaluations.• Securing total support in growth in high added value segments • Close alignment with different disciplines (BM/TM/SO/DCM/Saff/T&I)• Coordinating global alignment in quality/implementation issues• Coordinating contacts to machine suppliers• Establishing good alignment and knowledge transfer between T&I and TAC• Managing processing & testing Laboratory budgets

The primary activity of Technical Marketing is to provide optimal support to customers and create maximum added value with SABIC products in the market. Other responsibilities:o To deliver optimal support to customers and build up “productive” customer relationships. o To follow and analyze the market developments within the EC market segment. o To position SABIC products in the market and initiate branding & promotion campaigns. o To identify new developments and opportunities and translate these in the continuous innovation of the SABIC product portfolio o To work in a multidisciplinary setting of production, logistics, R&D, marketing and sales
