For me inspiring individuals and teams to be their best is the most important enabler for personal confidence, and as a result high performance. I have always been described as a “people person”, motivated and sustained by the value of relationships and committed to the power of belief in others.Throughout my twenty years of experience, this has been the foundation of my leadership style. As such I have held a variety of leadership positions, currently Area Manager for Argos in Northern Ireland. I am responsible for operational excellence across 21 sites, with a team of 550 colleagues and a turnover in excess of £100m annually.
