Support the strategic priorities of the Chief Human Resources Officer by providing critical planning, operations and communications support to drive progress to goals; plan and execute special projects and cross-functional initiatives/partnerships critical to realizing the CHRO's charge; create and foster strong internal communications that build HR team culture and excellence in the work.

Manage firm wide bi-annual non-partner performance review processes. Administer practice and new associate and lateral orientation training programs. Provide ongoing counseling and coaching to associates on career development and work/life issues. Provide workflow support for Bingham's transactional practitioners. Coordinate with administrative and practice leadership to develop performance management strategy. Work closely with practice management director to monitor utilization and work-allocation.
