Presently manage daily operation of Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapy and Audiology at a community hospital and three outpatient locations. Previously supervised pediatric therapy in school systems and an Early Intervention program. Maintained state contracts for EI services. Have designed and overseen construction and renovation of outpatient rehab clinic which complied with DPH and TJC standards. Have chaired hospital's Quality Council, analyzed patient satisfaction surveys and developed performance improvement teams to address issues. Have worked as a physical therapist in several settings: hospital inpatient, rehab hospital inpatient, outpatient, home care, short term rehab and long term care.Specialties: Management of Rehab Services in several clinical settings.
