Judith Culang has more than 35 years of extensive experience as an effective and dynamic teacher, reading interventionist and literacy coach for a large school district where she coordinated interventions for struggling readers. Since retiring from this position, Judith has had the privilege and pleasure of serving as a national consultant and trainer for a research based reading method, working with districts to raise reading scores, helping students reach higher levels of success. A passionate and accomplished educator as well as a life-long learner, Judith is dedicated now to helping teachers acquire classroom management skills so that student achievement in all areas can be improved, positively impacting their lives, emotionally, socially and academically. She knows intimately that successful classroom management is a prerequisite for successful learning outcomes. The right strategies will provide students with an ideal learning environment, prevent teacher burnout and make students and teachers feel safer and happier. Judith would love to be able to motivate, educate and inspire educators everywhere with the skills that enable them to be as effective as possible in their classrooms, no matter the subject area!
