Felt and paper art.

Photography: Took portraits of faculty and students, student action shots, donor events, art events and architectural photos of the MIT Campus. Did exhibition photography for SA+P and the MIT Museum. Video: Shot and edited faculty and student interviews and art events. Uploaded videos to YouTube and MIT TechTV.Content for Communications Venues: Did image collecting and editing for the print and web versions of PLAN, the newsletter for SA+P. PLAN was published 3 times a year, had 10-14 stories per issue- all of which required imagery. Sought out material from the faculty and students for PLAZmA, the digital gallery for the school. Supervised the PLAZmA TA. Was responsible for answering requests from magazines, TV stations, etc. for imagery to illustrate articles about SA+P. Used knowledge of intellectual property law. Worked with the lawyers at MIT to create a permission slip to be signed by those that give me visual content to insure that the imagery that is used by the School was properly credited, captioned and legal.Presentations: Created Keynote and Powerpoint presentations for the former Dean. The presentations contained video as well as photo content. Image Database: Added metadata to images in Bridge- keywords, captions, and usage information. Uploaded thousands of images to Flickr (and Thalia, an image database that was used for many years). Organized images within Flickr.Website: Uploaded material to the School of Architecture and Planning website.Graphic Design: Designed cards and posters.

Repaired and restored Oriental Carpets. Worked with the customers, estimated the cost of repairs and supervised a staff of three.
