Helping a company with roots in Berks county tell the story of its growth and exquisite customer care over the course of its 66-year journey.

Provides marketing and communication initiatives for corporations using a multi-strategy approach; specializes in large-scale events, meetings, and trade shows requiring meticulous detail, understanding the audiences and call-to-action. Clients include mid-to-large corporations with interests in manufacturing, service, education and community outreach.

Conceived and executed marketing and media relations strategies to support the organization's 40th anniversary year. Management and support of programs resulted in media coverage twice that received in the previous year resulting in heightened awareness and partnerships with community anchor organizations. Created template for current Mar/comm efforts.

Promoted the image and reputation of Berks County-based Boys & Girls Club during capital and capacity-building campaign. Conceived and managed print, video, special event, social media, and media relations strategies to support the nonprofit's multimillion-dollar financial goals. Goal was exceeded.

Us

Managed the media relations for Customers Bank and startup company, Distinct Collectibles. Promoted a controversial product and managed negative feedback from audiences with an oppositional point of view.

Managed the visual communications efforts of the bank holding company and its subsidiaries. Conceived and staged annual shareholder meetings and satellite broadcast meetings for the 3000-person senior management audience. Conceived and staged original events securing media attention, supporting sales efforts, upholding company morale and communicating with the workforce. Achieved highest level recognition awarded for a single, marketing effort by Bank Marketing Association, the "Grand Penny Award." One such award is presented to a person or financial institution annually in the state of Pennsylvania.
