I led global project management activities to support organisational change including the creation of business case for change, development of a compelling vision, communication, engagement and training. We partnered with HR Technology to design the functionality of PeopleSoft CRM tool and web portal for self-service HR provision.I designed business processes to support global, virtual delivery of service for operational HR issues and developed a Knowledge Management strategy to support the new model of service delivery.I designed the global organisation structure to transform the service provision, staffed, trained and on-boarded 165 new team members globally. We launched the new HR Services model and organisation in April 2012 and successfully manage c6,000 cases per week.
