• Create business process around Materials Requirements Planning for the startup and operations of the new cell culture production plant (CCP2)• Created SAP bill of materials and routings for the new cell culture production plant• Capacity planning at the process equipment level, run rate confirmation based on Finite Scheduling tool, resource allocations, and conflicts analysis• Problem solving / decision making skills associated to the project requirements and budget for new facility• Communication and business process liaison between the Cell Culture Production 2 Client Team and the Planning and Coordination Team• Shop Floor order management facilitator. Increased the knowledge of production activities control associated to the MRP systems, as well as increasing accountability with in the materials management and manufacturing departments• Product structure and ERP (SAP) system designs within an MES / DCS centric manufacturing facility
