Project Manager - Applications Development: As responsible for the project office, I led the process of adoption and use of the methodological framework (Scrum) in the organization, according to the type of solution. KPIs were established to measure the satisfaction of the end customer of the solution, as well as the first ones to measure the execution of the project.In a team work with the Development and Requirements/QA management, we were able to close a portfolio of 8 solutions aligned to the company's strategy, and to the satisfaction of the final client.

Project Manager - Applications Consulting: Responsible for the management of the complete cycle of technology and application projects for clients in Venezuela in the business units: Retail, Communications and Banking. I led local and offshore teams, management of multi-year contracts under the fixed price and effort modality. With the support of the team, we were able to close 2 projects in delay, after renegotiation with the clients. We achieved the extension of service contracts in a banking client, for 2 years, for an accumulated amount of $1MM.

Responsible for the staffing and recruiting of personnel for the IT department at Unisys, as well as for their continuous performance assessment, development and retention. This process was achieved by working in alignment with project managers in each department and business as a result of the continuous assessment of Staffing needs based on projects signed by Unisys. Responsible for the Design, Development and Support of Administrative Applications for projects in the Commercial sector: Billing Systems, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, Account Payables and Account Receivables, Accounting and Payroll.
