Judith Fleming is a Assessment and people professional at London Sport. Judith also subsequently took on the role of 'Resourcing Manager' which required her to manage resourcing all client projects across the entire business for Cappfinity consultants and associates. Given the breadth, depth, complexity, scale and number of projects that Cappfinity has, this role requires an individual who can really think outside the box about how to make sure the consultants and associates are resourced with adequate time to design and deliver work, while ensuring that all individuals across all parties are happy - which can be challenging. Judith managed this exceptionally well particularly during Cappfinity's peak seasons and all whilst maintaining a positive attitude and a smile on her face. Juggling this role and her CSM role highlight her strong organisation skills and ability to prioritise her work. I personally took over some of Judith's prestigious projects prior to her leaving Cappfinity and she was fantastic in ensuring I had everything I needed beforehand which made me feel comfortable as we were in the middle of delivery season so the transition need to run smoothly. On a personal note, Judith is extremely approachable and friendly and always willing to help, characteristics that made her a joy to work with."
