ClwydAlyn is a leading provider of social housing and housing related services across North and Mid Wales, working closely in partnership with the Welsh Government and local authority partners across the region.

Responding to reactive media enquiries; providing pro-active news releases; coordinating the county-wide residents' newsletter. Liaising with publishing suppliers regarding advertising and securing best value for money services. Contributing to the Communications Team strategic planning and to a wide range of events and activities where the local authorities' services could be showcased.

I moved from Manchester to a Team Parish post in North Wales in June 2004 where it was an honour to work in a supportive role throughout the community, with some wonderful, inspiring people. However I took the decision to leave ordained parish ministry when The Church failed to act upon reports of alleged inappropriate behaviour by a senior clergy person. The decision was profoundly difficult, however the unwillingness of The Church to acknowledge or investigate the matter, and to request that I leave the area for a distant position elsewhere, was not something I felt comfortable with and so I returned to secular employment.
