Working in all spheres of clinical dentistry since qualifying I remain clinically active, working in general dental practice. I am available on a consultancy basis for rapid industry insights, project contribution or oversight and a broad range of healthcare policy, business and sector specific intelligence. Primarily an England focus for NHS contracting with sensitivity for the significant variation within the devolved administrations. Actively involved with my professional association the British Dental Association I have significant experience and knowledge in healthcare reforms, health regulation, ethics and liaising with stakeholders.Experience has been gained on the Executive Board (later the Principle Executive Committee) of the B.D.A supported by formal Institute of Directors qualifications, Certificate and Diploma in Company Direction. This is an area of particular interest with experience in small and large projects across the business.Past Chair of Oxfordshire Local Dental Committee, now a member of Northamptonshire LDC and elected to the General Dental Practice Committee of the BDA, Executive. I retain my commitment to clinical dentistry in a mixed general practice together with being Co-Chair of Wesleyan Members Advisory Board. Appointed to the Board of Trustees for the Oral and Dental Research Trust at the end of 2017.Looking forward to exploring new opportunities both within healthcare and the wider commercial environment.
