Intelligence Investigator 11/5/2014 - Present: currently conduct ongoing social media investigations, background investigations, research to locate copies of police and arrest reports, all pertaining to Workers'​ Compensation claims. Prepare investigative reports for clients, and also to provide information as guide to assist field investigators. Field Investigator 2/10/2014 - 11/4/2014: conducted investigations of workers' compensation injury claims, and boat theft insurance claims to determine validity of claim, or present evidence of possible fraud perptrated by the claimants. Develop investigative plans and questions specific to the facts presented in each case file. Subsequently conducted recorded interviews/statements of the insured, the claimant, all witnesses and employees. Obtain physical and documentary evidence, obtain photographs and 360 video of all evidence, accident scenes and equipment. Prepare comprehensive investigative reports, detailing investigations, interviews and evidence, provide conclusions and advise client of possible subrogation claims.

Monitored and reviewed final investigative reports for technical and investigative accuracy and quality, to ensure all avenues of private mortgage insurance fraud investigations met the client's expectations, and identified and communicated directives regarding areas of concern to the Regional Case Managers that required revisions and corrective action. Brevard County Pilot Project/Multi-Agency Asset Forfeiture Program.Conducted assessments of active and closed criminal case files to identify assets, and determine legality for seizure of assets owned by subjects of criminal investigations. Project was terminated due to cessation of funding by the Brevard County Sheriff.

Conducted internal investigations of all employees with Florida Department of Children and Families (Department) who were suspected of committing fraud, falsifying official records, misusing position or state property, computer related misconduct, and breaching confidential information. Conducted extensive field investigations, interviewed witnesses, to include co-workers, supervisors, and of the affected families who were subjected to fraud perpetrated by a Child Protective Investigator, or any employee with the Department. Obtained sworn written statements from witnesses, prepared comprehensive investigative reports supporting violations and provided written recommendations and directives to Regional Directors and the Inspector General in accordance with the Florida Statutes, Florida Administrative Codes, Department Agency Directives and Department Operating Procedures.

Conducted criminal investigations of welfare recipients suspected of committing fraud by misuse of Medicaid, Food Stamps and Cash allocated by the Florida Department of Children and Families. Conducted extensive field investigations, interviewed witnesses, and the subjects of the criminal investigation. Obtained sworn written statements from witnesses, and subjects of the criminal investigation, prepared comprehensive investigative reports, and Affidavits of Complaint for referral and recommendation of prosecution to the Office of the State Attorney.
