The ILS Manager is responsible for all ILS management and planning activities for the PMCP. The position is responsible for ILS planning and outputs, within PMCP, from capability definition to introduction into service of the capability life cycle. The position is also responsible for targeted supportability analysis and the effective application of ILS principals associated with the design, development, acquisition, delivery, testing and evaluation of ILS concepts. This requires detailed ILS planning and delivery of optimized through life support (TLS) solutions. These activities take place across NZDF and Ministry of Defence (MoD) work-streams associated with PMCP.

The Inventory Controller DHO is responsible for the coordination of the Maintenance/Servicing Contract and repair of equipment used in the Deployable Health Organization. This includes liaising with the primary repair contractor, user units and various elements within the Logistic Command Land (LCL), producing reports within SAP to manage the repair, status and availability of these items. This position is an embedded contractor within a Military Unit.

The PNCC is introducing a software package to assist with the pricing and estimating of work carried out by various areas within the Council’s area of responsibility. This software package will help inform budget allocation decisions and maintenance activity priorities. My role was to assist with the formation of processes to enable operational use, at the same time create template estimates for the current financial.
