I worked in HR for 17 years in the agricultural nursery business. My new role is now as an office manager at one of our wonderful nurseries. I enjoy assisting others and being a resource for our employees, managers, colleagues and our vendors. Being in the Ag business is challenging and at the same time rewarding because we’re always learning from each other. Our growing company allows us to learn new strategies and processes as we grow.
