Judy is a geologist/environmental scientist and the owner of EarthView Environmental, Inc. She is a certified Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS) with over 25 years of experience in soil classification and morphology with major emphasis on soil interpretations for land use. This work entails soil characterization, plant identification, and hydrological studies. Tasks include working closely with developers and with federal, state, county, and local officials to obtain environmental clearances and permits pertaining wetlands, threatened and endangered species, water quality, erosion control, and other environmentally sensitive areasSpecialties:Wetland delineating, mitigating and monitoring wetlands; stream bank stabilization, watershed planning and evaluating the suitability of land for development. In addition, Judy has provided geomorphological services for several archeological consulting firms

• Implements the strategic goals and objectives of the organization. • Works with the president to give direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization's philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives• Works with the President to oversees fundraising planning and implementation, including identifying resource requirements, researching funding sources, establishing strategies to approach funders, submitting proposals and administrating fundraising records and documentation • Reports to the Board of Directors – Brings information on potential funding, partnerships, grants, and other items to the Board for consideration and approval. • Works with the Secretary to maintain records of the board and ensures effective management of organization's records • Provides Administration and Support by advising and informing Board members, interfacing between Board and staff

Developing and leading projects that benefit communities in the service areas of watershed planning & design, permitting, cultural resource studies, natural resource restoration, development and redevelopment, and other environmental planning services. Environmental planning includes National or State Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and associated services including National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA)- and Threatened and Endangered Species Act-related services

Judy is a geomorphologist and a certified Professional Wetland Scientist with experience in hydrology, wetland science, and soils. She specializes in watershed planning, stream assessments, soil characterization, plant identification, and hydrological studies throughout the Midwest.Her passion has always been to find ways to bring nature back into our communities.
