LPN- Worked in Emergency Department of Level One Trauma Center. Provided direct care for emergent, traumatic, cardiac and non-emergent patients. Reassessment Nurse for triage and secondary nurse in Chest Pain ER. Participated in HAZMAT Team, 1st Responder Team and IV Start Team. Ensured coworkers remained trained and updated on all AHA BLS certifications.

Preserved law and order, protected lives and property. Patrolled Military Base in Baumholder Germany. Deployed as MP in support of OEF.Results:Earned consistent commendations for devotion to duty with citations for excellence as both a Medic/Nurse and MP for rapid action to prevent loss of life and rapidly resolving crisis situations, upholding law and order, relating effectively with culturally diverse populations and protecting property and lives.As a Medic I gained proficiency and experience in emergent, traumatic and non emergent patient care and making quick decisive decisions.As a MP I gained proficiency and experience in traffic accidents, 1st Responder, Police Patrol and ticket/report writing. Served 22 years as Field Medic and LPN. Supporting the mission of South Carolina by providing medical support to field units, maintaining wellness/health of all SCNG Troops in form of physicals. Involved in the State Inoculation Team. Deployed with Evacuation Hospital for support of Desert Shield/Storm in Saudi Arabia (1990-1991).Deployed as medic for Aviation Unit in support of OIF (2004-2005).
