I am a Managing Director and Senior Partner at BCG, serving companies in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries.I lead our CEO Advisory Practice globally and co-led BCG's Climate Moonshot - developing BCG's Climate & Sustainability Stewardship Programme (C&S executive education) together with the University of Cambridge and Columbia Climate School.BCG is a leading management consulting firm with over 100 offices in more than 50 countries around the world and over 35,000 talented individuals, partnering with leaders in business and society to tackle their most important challenges and realize their greatest opportunities.In healthcare, I serve biotechs as well as large pharmaceutical companies in questions of strategy, R&D, portfolio management, commercial operations and organization. I have a long track record in M&A, divestitures and carve-outs. My therapeutic area focus is in vaccines, oncology, and rare disease.I have been a member of our Munich and Berlin offices and worked in our Madrid and Paris offices for many years, as well as for our BCG's Henderson Institute in New York.In 2016 and 2021, I was honoured as one of Germany's 50 most influential women in business by Manager Magazin. In 2019, Consulting Magazine selected me for their global 'Women Leaders in Consulting' Award.I am a historian by background: before joining BCG, I studied History, French Literature, and German Literature/Linguistics at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität, Munich.The mountains are my happy place. I am a passionate whitewater kayaker, mountaineer and rider.
