- Assisted our ERP conversion from Visibility to SAP and supported the teams after the conversion.- Utilized OneNote as a program for frequently used information for shared users to access. This in turn was picked up and adopted for use by top management in Honeywell finance for hosting tier meetings, etc.- Customers invoiced for product shipped worldwide. - Updated our collections spreadsheet with any new invoicing, payments and provide backup support to our global team members if any information or documentation is required.- Set up the cheque runs weekly and provide backup support to our global team members for items requiring manual treatment.- Backup accounts payable which may include entering invoices, balancing vendor statements, working with inventory receipt issues which prevented invoice processing.- Provided month end support by way of importing journal entries, reconciling accounts, reviewing expense accounts to ensure if anything should be transferred to fixed assets or prepaid expenses and complete the monthly tax calculations and remittances for QST/HST/GST.- Completed a daily cash reconciliation for 5 banks accounts 3 CDN and 2 USD, working also with foreign currencies- Entered the daily cash deposits- Assisted a sister company with their invoicing when they were short on personnel- Assisted in training when the sister companies invoicing were transferred to a central division.
