I am an experienced Front Office Manager and Customer Relations Manager with excellent time management skills. My name is Judith Kuchwe, a young Lady who puts her knowledge and skills to good use in order to reach the pinnacle of her potential. I play a key role in uplifting the image and reputation of the company for which I am working thus bringing both intrinsic and extrinsic satisfaction for me and the company. I hold an Associate Degree in Tourism Management from the Limkokwing University of Creative Technology obtained in 2010. My work experience has been quite a journey, I started working with BPOPF in November 2010, Assisting the Secretariat in the verification, packaging, and distribution of the benefits statement. I then ventured into the Hospitality industry in February 2011, started working as a waitress, was promoted to a Receptionist, climbed up the ladder to Senior Hotel Receptionist moved to Front Office Supervisor, and to being Assistant Front Office Manager. I have worked with Hotel Labama, Phakalane Golf Estate Hotel Resort, and Protea Hotel by Marriott Gaborone Masa Square. August 2021, I was contracted by Acute Engineering Botswana which was also contracted by DeBeers to manage Teemane Court Guesthouse. 2021 November, I started a new journey in the Health industry by joining Kalafhi Medical Center as Customer Relations Manager. I did not feel the change in the industries as I am still interacting with Clients daily, assisting them and ensuring they receive the best customer service within a certain period of time.
