𝙄’𝙢 𝙖𝙣 𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙢𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙮 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨, 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣. 𝙄 𝙗𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙜𝙚 𝙩𝙚𝙘𝙝 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙗𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙥 𝙤𝙧𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙫𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙖 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙣𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙜𝙮, 𝙗𝙤𝙤𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙧𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙪𝙚 𝙤𝙧 𝙘𝙪𝙩𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙘𝙤𝙨𝙩𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚.𝐖𝐇𝐘 𝐈 𝐃𝐎 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐈 𝐃𝐎:During my studies in finance, I got interested in the tech & data side because of my jobs: I loved to see how automation of processes had a huge impact on the data necessary in finance. At the same time the complexity and novelty fascinated me working in a tech company. This stayed--What motivates & energizes me:- impact, change & getting things done: seeing progress, improving, reaching goals, setting direction & targets, going from good to great. - bigger picture, novelty & complexity: learning, brainstorming, discussing strategic concepts, overcoming challenges, diving in complex topics.- togetherness & fun: bringing people together, collaborating, connecting, mentoring & supporting, learning from each other & laughing together.𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐈 𝐃𝐎 & 𝐃𝐈𝐃: (details obv in my CV below)I was integrated in the business functions (e.g. finance, sales, R&D), linking towards the different IT and data functions (including vendors) or building up solutions / teams myself. This is also what I do best and like to do: I see the bigger picture, understand where value/ problems lie on the business side; I know which solutions from tech can help, bring that together and into action. My current focus, passion and expertise lies in strategic & data areas. 𝐇𝐎𝐖 𝐈 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊:One of my biggest competencies that helped me be successful in my roles, is that I combine a holistic thinking mind with a hands-on and structured way of working. I like to take ownership and responsibility but I know as well how to take people around me along and create trust. A big part of this is honest and direct communication, being supportive and caring, leading with integrity/values and being passionate about what I do to inspire. 𝐒𝐌𝐀𝐋𝐋 & 𝐁𝐈𝐆 𝐓𝐀𝐋𝐊𝐒 𝐓𝐎𝐏𝐈𝐂𝐒:Generally my interests circle around sports, music, art, travel & words. For small talk you can easily talk to me about: museums, restaurants and yoga studios in Amsterdam, next travel plans, books you’re reading or music you’re listening to - and as I like to see the bigger picture: philosophical deep talk & analyzing the society is something I very much enjoy once we’re past the small talk! 😊
