Judith is an experienced international sales and marketing professional with extensive business experience in the UK and USA.She has 25 years experience in both marketing and sales with a skill base that can be integrated into several different sectors. Since arriving in the UK Judith has operated both as an interim manager and entrepreneur.She was interim marketing director of an IT training, consulting and recruitment company while it was being prepared for a trade sale.In 2002 she created an innovative and award winning Destination Boutique for the children’s retail sector. Judith has successfully built the brand and refined the concept, adding a web presence to increase turnover.In 2007 the business was awarded the Star Award for New Business of the Year and the Star Award for New Business of the Year for Retail Marketing, sponsored by the Bank of Scotland and the Perth Chamber of CommerceHer experience not only includes retail, but she also has experience in the Insurance Industry, starting as a field agent and then moving through marketing sales to field marketing manager with responsibility for an organisation of some 50 people and $ 30 million in premium value.In 1983 Judith formed a retained executive search firm in California and for 15 years used her past experience to work with large Insurance Companies placing middle and upper management candidates.Judith also volunteers her time at the Perth College by giving ‘Motivational Seminars’ to New Business Enterprise Students. She is also active in several children’s charities, Women for Women International and several other charities. Judith graduated from Purdue University, Indiana, in Marketing and Business Administration and completed the MBA programme at North Western University in Illinois, sponsored by her employer.
