To ensure that the departments meet their legal and statutory responsibilities and produce accurate and timely Management information and that any failings are rectified. To provide leadership and direction to the unit and communicate key corporate decisions. To liaise closely with all service delivery units and ensure that central support services adequately meet their needs. To contribute to bids and tenders and coordinate input from central support staff. To review processes and systems to ensure they meet the changing needs of the organization. To ensure that policies and procedures are relevant and observed. To liaise with DISC Housing re DISC premises and resources in conjunction with the relevant Managers. To ensure the smooth closure and opening of projects and coordinate central support input. Show less
