I have been in the Learning and Leadership development arena of HR for the past decade. Prior to these HR positions, I successfully managed a Century 21 real estate sales office and full service mortgage sales offices for two National banks. I also received tenure from the Wellesley and Brookline Public School systems. Having survived more than 5 mergers /acquisitions has provided me with many opportunities to hone my skills and ability to adapt and actually feel comfortable within changing environments and transitions. As a mediator, educator, real estate executive, and corporate trainer /consultant with more than 25 years experience, I have built many excellent relationships interfacing easily with multi-level management, consumers, government, public and community agencies. With this diverse background in mediation, management, sales and education, my strengths are strong business acumen, an ability to forge profitable collaborative relationships coupled with strong organization, customer service skills, presentation and communication skills.
