Now a non-practising solicitor, Judith headed the BDB Pitmans Private Wealth Knowhow Team, bringing her expertise to bear on difficult issues across the full range of private client matters. She has regularly written articles for legal journals, and been a contributing author both to STEP's "Practical Guide to the Transfer of Trusteeships" and to two Tottel / STEP looseleafs: "Planning and Administration of Offshore and Onshore Trusts", and "Trust Drafting and Precedents".Formerly a member of the Law Society's Wills & Equity Committee and of the Practical Law Private Client Consultation Board. Wide-ranging interests in the private client field include particularly matters of trust law and issues relating to the legal position of the elderly.
