Manage entire recruitment process for junior-level rolesMonitor upcoming end of probation periods and write to employees to confirm they have passed following liaison with Managers.Manage and provide advice and guidance in respect of grievance, disciplinary and capability issues, up to and including dismissal, and proactively work with line managers to identify problematic areas to avoid situations escalating.Advise the Managers on the flexible working decisions and outcomes and ensure that all documentation and administration is completed.Maternity - processing of paperwork and advising employees and managers of Company policy,ensuring awareness of any changes to relevant legislation.Liaise and be the main contact with external Recruitment Agencies and keep their terms and conditions on file.
