• Managed a group of lab technicians, environmental, civil and chemical engineers to complete laboratory studies of pollutants and sources of pollution in a river to plan for a water treatment facility. The plan recommended a location to build and technology for 250 liters per second capacity water treatment facility. • Successfully worked with city government agencies, private companies and laboratories that developed a scope of work for a $300k water treatment study. • Managed technical cost evaluations of alternative water treatment technologies, that delivered a water treatment study ahead of time and on budget.

• Researched databases of world oil markets, oil sales and future oil prices in collaboration with Professor Robert Kaufmann that updated databases used for research of world oil markets.• Used GIS techniques to estimate the size of urban areas around the world thorough the night-time lights data satellite imagery in which I characterized the relationship between urban areas and economic activity.• Worked on a research project titled “Regional and National contributions to radiative forcing due to fossil fuel CO2 emissions” in which I collected information on annual national carbon emissions, ran a model that calculates the fraction of elevated carbon dioxide to a specific nation. The result displays maps in Power-point in which the size of a nation changes over time based on the nation’s contributions to carbon emissions. It was submitted for publication.
