Pass & Provisions is a chef driven with a dual concept. The Pass is fine dining with a five or eight course dining menu, and Provisions is a casual dining experience with a full menu and bar. I am responsible for providing excellent service and upholding the highest standards of hospitality. I also help to create all of our house made syrups and perfect the nationally recognized cocktails in a timely and professional manner.

As a server and bartender at Cheddar's, I work closely with costumers. It is up to me to take care of the needs of every guest, and ensure a pleasurable dinning experience. I also manage cash and credit transactions for my guests, as well as manage nightly information for all restaurant employees, such as, beverage percentages, total individual sales and cash owed to Cheddar's.

As Director of Human Resources, I managed the company's recruitment and staffing. I was in charge of interview and trainging in coming staff, as well as, filing and completing company and government paperwork, payroll, and scheduling. I also served as office receptionist in that I answered the company phone, routed calls and emails to proper departments, and took care of any daily tasks that needed to be attended to.

While at the Texas Swimming Center, I assisted with the planning of the annual Texas Public Pool Council's conference. My duties included event planning, correspondence between board members and attendees, members' checkin, and organizing daily events.I also worked the front desk as the first point of contact for TSC swimmers, guests, students, and faculty. I handled cash transactions, monitored secure entry of guests, and answered phones.

Over the years working with this company and many others like it, I have done just about every job in the book. From cleaning pools and doing minor maintenance to scheduling and managing multiple pools, you name it, I have probably had my hand in it.
