Raised by academic parents, I earned a Masters in Social Work, a field that I enjoyed working in for many years. Upon relocating to Portland in 1990, I fell in love with the historic homes of Irvington, and architecture in general. Selling real estate was a natural transition, and I have now been selling homes in the Portland metro area for more than twenty years.I have excellent negotiation skills and fiercely advocate for my clients throughout the transaction. A broad network built over years of personal and professional real estate dealings serves as a valuable resource long after each transaction is over. My listings have a short market time relative to the rest of the market. This is accomplished by my involvement in helping clients effectively prepare their homes for the market.My background in clinical social work is truly an advantage to my clients. I have the ability to really listen to and hear what my clients are communicating, as well as an astute ability to zero in on my clients’ needs and wants.Integrity is key! I run my business ethically and honestly. I treat each transaction as if I were personally buying or selling the home. I am both protective of my clients’ interests as well as analytical about the long-term implications of the purchase or sale.My business is based on referrals.
