Judith Samuels, PhD is currently the CEO of The Samuels Group, an active consultancy to Philanthropies, Global NGOs, Nonprofit Organizations and Government Agencies.Dr. Samuels has an MBA from Rutgers University, and a PhD in Public Administration from the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service at New York University. During her early career, she worked in private industry for close to 10 years gaining extensive education and experience in the management of large-scale projects in research as well as in the business sector. She brings to her consulting practice training and knowledge of evaluation and research, finance, and methodology, extensive statistical and analytic techniques, and systems technology and computers.Her recent position as an executive at a large foundation turned her broad background toward changing culture, moving the organization and sector to a more rational, data-informed approach to decision making.
